In Greene County magistrate court Joshua Jay Blumberg of Grand Junction was sentenced April 15 to two days in the county jail on a charge of trespass. He must pay $96 sheriff’s fees, $250 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs. Charges of theft-fifth degree and possession of stolen property was dismissed.
